For sales via Clickbank, the commission rate is 40%, and it's a single-tier affiliate program, administered separately by Clickbank. Please simply enter your Clickbank nickname into your affiliate account (for existing affiliates - once logged in, click Edit Account).

Please note you will be paid for Clickbank sales separately by Clickbank, and such sales will not show up in your stats within your affiliate account here - you will instead need to consult your Clickbank affiliate account.
