WoW Alchemy - Leveling Up The World of Warcraft Alchemy Profession

WoW Alchemy can be used a useful Profession, especially when teamed up with the Herbalism Profession since they both complement each other so well. Because of the usefulness of this Profession, I wanted to give you the steps necessary to level Alchemy as fast as possible. With that said, let's get going.

To get started right with the World of Warcraft Profession Alchemy, you need to first gather some of the materials your gonna need to speed up the leveling process. If you want to do this fast your going to need to have some gold handy to spend. Here is an approximate list of the vials and materials you'll need:

Vials you will need:

Empty Vial x 80 | Leaded Vial x 90 | Crystal Vial x 85 | Imbued Vials x 100.

Here is a list of herbs you'll need:

Peacebloom x 60 | Silverleaf x 60 | Mageroyal x 20 | Briarthorn x 90 | Stranglekelp x 50 | Bruiseweed x 35 | Wild Steelbloom x 10 | Kingsblood x 40 | Liferoot x 40 | Goldthorn x 50 | Khadgar's Whisker x 20 | Sungrass x 70 | Blindweed x 35 | Arthas' Tears x 25 | Golden Sansam x 60 | Mountain Silversage x 30 | Felweed x 60 | Ragveil x 20 | Netherbloom x 40 | Dreaming Glory x 40 | Nightmare Vine x 4.

Visit any trainer in the main cities of old Azeroth to learn Apprentice Alchemy.

*1-55 WoW Alchemy

60 Minor Healing Potions - Materials: 60 Peacebloom | 60 Silverleaf | 60 Empty Vials.

Make sure to keep the these healing potions as you'll need them later in the leveling process. Once you complete this go the Alchemy trainer and get your Journeyman training

*55-110 50 Minor Healing Potions | 50 Briarthorn Speak to a trainer and get Healing Potion

*110-140 30 Healing Potions - Materials: 30 Bruiseweed | 30 Briarthorn | 30 Leaded Vials. Talk to a trainer and learn Alchemy Expert.

*140-155 15 Lesser Mana Potions - Materials: 15 Mageroyal | 15 Empty Vials | 15 Strantlekelp.

*155-185 30 Greater Healing Potions - Materials: 30 Kingsblood | 30 Liferoot | 30 Leaded Vials.

*185-210 25 Elixirs of Agility - Materials: 25 Goldthorn | 25 Stranglekelp | 25 Leaded Vials. Get your butt over to a trainer and learn Alchemy Artisan

*210-215 5 Elixirs of Defense - Materials: 5 Steelbloom | 5 Goldthorn | 5 Leaded Vials.

*215 - 230 15 Superior Healing Potions - Materials: 15 Sungrass | 15 Khadgar's Whisker | 15 Crystal Vials.

*230 - 250 20 Elixirs of Detect Undead - Materials: 20 Arthas' Tears | 20 Crystal Vials

*250-265 15 Elixirs of Greater Agility - Materials: 15 Sungrass | 15 Goldthorn | 15 Crystal Vials.

At this point you need to use 2 recipes: Super Mana Potion and Major Healing Potion, you need to buy these from Alchemy supply vendors.

*265-285 20 Superior Mana Potions - Materials: 40 Sungrass | 40 Blindweed | 20 Crystal Vials.

*285-300 15 Major Healing Potions - Materials: 30 Golden Sansam | 15 Mountain Silversage | 15 Crystal Vials.

At this point you need to be level 60. Go to Outland and train for Master Alchemist.

*300 - 315 15 Volatile Healing Potions - Materials: 15 Gold Sansam | 15 Felweed | 15 Imbued Vials.

*315 - 325 10 Sneaking Potions - Materials: 10 Ragveil | 10 Felweed | 10 Imbued Vials.

*325 - 335 10 Mad Alchemists Potions - Materials: 20 Ragveil, 10 Crystal Vials.

*335-340 5 Super Healing Potions - Materials: 10 Netherbloom | 5 Felweed | 5 Imbued Vials.

*340-360 20 Super Mana Potions - Materials: 40 Dreaming Glory | 20 Felweed | 20 Imbued Vials. Learn Grand Master Alchemy in Northrend.

*360 - 365 5 Icy Mana Potions - Materials: 10 Talandra's Rose | 5 Imbued Vials

*365-380 15 Spellpower Elixirs - Materials: 15 Goldclover | 15 Tiger Lily | 15 Imbued Vials.

*380 - 385 5 Potions of Nightmares - Materials: 5 Goldclover | 10 Talandra's Rose | 5 Imbued Vials

*385 - 395 10 Elixirs of Mighty Strength - Materials: 20 Tiger Lily | 10 Imbued Vials.

*395-405 10 Elixirs of Mighty Agility - Materials: 20 Goldclover | 20 Adder's Tongue | 10 Imbued Vials.

*405-410 5 Runic Healing Potions - Materials: 5 Goldclover | 10 Icethorn | 5 Imbued Vials.

*410-425 15 Runic Mana Potions - Materials: 30 Lichbloom | 10 Goldclover | 10 Imbued Vials.

*425-435 10 Transmute: Earthsiege Diamonds - Materials: 10 Dark Jade | 10 Huge Citrine | 10 Eternal Fire.

*435-450 15 Flasks of Stoneblood - Materials: 105 Lichbloom | 45 Crystallized Life | 15 Frost Lotus | 15 Enchanted Vials.

Whew! WoW Alchemy leveling is a bit of a chore but it's still a cool Profession to have. Though it might take a while to get to 450, it's worth the effort in the end because you can profit from the potions and elixirs you make. Well, there you go, I provided what I consider to be one of the fastest ways to WoW Alchemy 450. But it's not cast in stone because there are so many ways you can approach leveling up this Profession. Good Luck.
