Have you seen, or better yet, heard this guy? By day he sells mobile phones, but he has always dreamed of doing (in his words) "what he feels he was born to do." He always wanted to sing opera. So instead of just wishing, hoping and dreaming, Paul Potts mustered up an incredible amount of courage and took action.

He entered Britain's "Got Talent?" show & not only won but inspired and entered the hearts of millions. I love the clip of him walking out for his first audition and telling the judges that he was going to sing opera. Some eyebrows were raised and judgments made, but when he opened his mouth to sing he blew them all away. In this humble man's own words, "Confidence has always been a difficult thing or me. I always felt different, like I didn't fit in." I haven't interviewed Paul, but I can promise you when he stood on that stage in front of millions he wasn't focusing on his lack of confidence, or his chipped front tooth or what was referred to by one of the judges as "a horrible suit," he was able to cast that all aside and focus on turning his dream into a reality. He had a belief, and his belief was when he sang, he was in the place he should be. This belief has opened a world of possibilities for him on many levels. So now he has a million dollar record deal, he's traveling around the world doing what he loves, and more importantly he has a greater belief in himself and his possibilities. "After the first audition I realized, I am somebody. I'm Paul Potts." Do you have a dream or do you believe there is something you were born to do but your not doing it yet? Stop wishing, and hoping and start taking action today. Get clear on your dream. Write it down, feel what it would feel like to accomplish that dream. Revisit it daily. Break your dream down into small attainable action steps. Don't worry if you can't see the whole picture yet, just take the first step towards your dream and the second step will be revealed to you. Feel the fear, the doubt, and whatever resistance you have and move forward anyway. Keep your focus on your dream and keep moving towards it. Never give up!
