• Got to think of a good title, but damned if I can think of one.
  Don't think of one, especially before writing the book. I let the story reveal it to me. Somewhere a character will say something or the atmosphere created will reveal it. I see titles as the last thing on the to do list when writing.

  I don't know the meaning of writer's block and why, because I'm not writing for the world, but for me and my passion for storytelling. What I write, I want to loan to the world to read, but when it comes down to it, why do we write?

• Characters, who, what and where in the hell did you come from?
  Who are these people we are writing about? Fred, Bill, Joe, what to call my hero? What does he look like? I suppose tall, dark and handsome. No, more the bad boy, no perhaps a romantic... STOP!!!!

  What is all this talk about style of writing? Hey, it's your baby, your creation. Are you an individual or a sheep disguised as a human? If we all had the same style of writing, everything classed as literature would be boring.

• I want to write, but where the heck do you start?
  A story can be fictitious or fact, in some cases both. I believe everyone on this planet has a story to tell in some form or another. So many times people say to me, 'I could write a book about my life'. I reply, 'why don't you'. They usually come back with, 'wouldn't know where to start', followed by, 'I don't have the time'.
