Submitting articles to e-zines is perhaps the best marketing strategy that small web site owners can indulge in. Marketing your web site with the limited fiscal resources that you have is quite a tough job. However, ezine article submissions are a great way of doing the same thing. Some of the main advantages of submitting articles in ezines are given as follows:

Writing an article and getting it published in an ezine is the best way of creating quality back links to your web site. You can easily talk about your business in the introduction and then lead readers to your web site by a strategically placed url address.
· If your ezine article submission is well researched and well written, the readers will acknowledge your authority and thereby trust you with their business. So try to make your articles informative and educative in order to sound like the expert that you are in your subject. Many ezines make readers rank articles. Try to get top ranks from readers since this is a major factor for other readers to access your article.
· Making ezine article submissions is also a great method of augmenting your income. There are a number of people out there who might hire you for writing more articles or papers or even giving guest lectures based on the expertise that you show in your article.
· Most ezines archive submitted articles. This will give you and your web site a lasting presence and if you treat the ezine article submission as an ad, then it becomes quite a long running advertisement, without your paying even a penny for it. Some articles get their links put on the publisher's home page. If your article manages this feat, then you've almost got it made buddy!
