What is the Police Oral Board Looking For?

Becoming a cop will be the proudest moment in your life but getting there can be the hardest thing you will have ever done. The police oral exam you go through can be difficult if you're not prepared beforehand.

This kind of background knowledge and awareness shows to the interviewer that you took the time and effort to research the position being offered and that you understand the tasks required of you once you begin work. You should also be prepared to answer the question of why you want to enter law enforcement as a career choice. In today's competitive job market you have the availability of the internet making it easier for people to search out facts about job descriptions and opportunities.
