He says that there isn't anybody else -- you are the only woman in his life. While you hear his words loud and clear, you just can't shake the feeling that he is lying to you. Maybe it's the way he comes home late on occasion, his hushed phone conversations, or his super-secretive internet usage. There is a wide range of conflicting signals that he's sending you, and because you do not feel that you can take him at his word, to get your peace of mind back, you need to know how to catch a cheater.

To catch a cheater, you have to have insight into what they're doing, who they're spending time with, and who they're talking to on the phone, and online. However, as your husband is on to your suspicions, his guard is going to be up, and if he is cheating, it is likely going to be more difficult to catch him in the act.

Therefore, to catch a cheater -- you are going to need some outside help, as it is unlikely that you are going to be able to uncover his activities by yourself, even if you have a significant amount of time on your hands. The thing is, it's not generally a good idea to involve your friends, as that could cause unintended, and unwanted, consequences down the road, especially if you find out that your husband is not cheating on you.

The best advice here is to hire somebody to look into things for you. This way, you are obtaining the help of a third party who is not attached to you, or him. Which, this will give you unbiased results, and it won't needlessly complicate your relationship with your friends or family members, or his for that matter. Many people do not know about it, but there are alternatives to the "hiding in the bushes" types of private investigators -- there are online investigative services that can help you catch a cheater, or eliminate the fear that your spouse might be cheating on you, without further raising his own suspicions.

These services can find text messages on his cell phone, even if he has deleted them, and they can find profiles that he maintains online, such as with married-but-dating websites, adult chat rooms, and so forth. These investigative services can even "trap" your husband, if he is cheating, and help you to catch the cheater in the act. Whatever method you choose, though -- you need to put your suspicions to rest, one way or another.

It is unfortunate that you cannot take your husband at his word, and that fact alone signifies that there is something very wrong with your relationship at this moment. The only way to get past this, and move on with your life or lives, though, is to find out for sure whether your husband may be seeing somebody else. Online investigation services can help you to get the peace of mind that you need -- either to catch a cheater, or to put your heart at rest knowing that your husband is, in fact, telling you the truth.
