You will not gain the confidence of top clients with a high school diploma and a willing attitude, no matter how business savvy you think you might be. Beyond your degree, you will need a good office set up, preferably one in a green building. If your city has started certifying buildings, then this is advantageous, but if not, then you should have a basic idea of what you need to be looking at.

You will need a computer, printer and other peripheral devices for the office (the more employees the more computers will be needed). All green practices should be implemented and strongly encouraged from the top of the company down.
