There are times in life where we seem to go through destructive periods, things that were our life end up falling aside. What was once our everyday normal is now suddenly the past and we wonder what happened.

It was during these times that necessary changes needed to happen. Nothing will leave your life unless it is right for it to. And something you've held onto for so long that is no longer serving you needed to leave as well.

And this only happens because you're growing, you are becoming more of who you know you are meant to be and some of the old forms are no longer supportive of this grander, more magnificent you that is emerging.

This path of spiritual growth has it's challenges and a time of completion is definitely one of them. For as you grow and change, there is such a wonderful feeling of expansion and joy. The joy of becoming more aligned with who you really are, the relief of leaving behind the struggle and restriction that had shaped your life for so long.

Now let this spring be that for you. As the snow melts and life begins to return to the trees and the grass, allow life to rush back into you. It is a time of renewal, of new life.

And in spring there is no effort, it is a natural process. It is a process of allowing. The winter is gone and here comes the spring, one day at a time.

Rest in the knowing that you are in a new beginning. Allow it to be easy and natural, there is no need to force it. Allow it.

Perhaps you are wondering where this next chapter of your life is taking you, allow yourself to wonder. Be playful, imagine the possibilities. There is no need to rush or to push. Allow.

The spring will be so beautiful, there will be flowers in bloom and new leaves on the trees. Trust that it is already in place. You are not alone. You are surrounded and supported by a loving Universe that supports your growth and expansion.

All of the changes you have been through have automatically opened up new doors. With each shift in your consciousness and with each internal change you have gone through comes the opening and unlocking of the potential in you and for your life.

And completion only ever leads to wonderful new beginnings. Your life can now reach new heights, now that the old is gone.

Know and trust that this potential has already opened up and allow yourself to claim it. Celebrate that these changes you have made have opened up your world! Allow yourself to step into that wonderful potential that you have created for yourself.

It's all in place, it is a fresh new beginning, allow yourself to rest in this new beginning and to enjoy the wonderful new life you have created by being willing to go through the endings that needed to be.
