We live in a world of duality, it's the nature of this life we're living. We see good and bad, dark and light, and there's always a contrast in our lives.

That is the way it is and will always be in this life of ours. You can not remove contrast, that's what this world is all about. And this contrast is what we want at a higher level as it allows our soul to expand and grow as we live our life.

One of the biggest benefits of being on a spiritual path is you begin to transcend this duality and connect with a higher vibration, with your Divinity.

Because behind this duality we are living in, there is love. Only love. And this spiritual path leads us to experience this love more and more. As you align with your Divinity and remove the old energy, patterns and stuck thinking that belong to a lower vibration, you begin to see this love operating more and more in your life.

Through the little miracles you see, through the specific and unique message that you hear in a song that you hear, the words meant just for you. Through the moments when you look back on your life and are so grateful for the way things worked out even if they seemed so bad at the time.

When you get a glimpse of the amazing orchestration of people, situations, conversations, chance meetings and other little miracles that brought you what you've been creating.

When you see the lesson in the pain you've experienced that allows you to experience a new and incredible sense of freedom within and a knowing that your life has just been taken to a whole new level.

And the gift of the spiritual path is that although you will never escape duality, you don't have to allow it to run your life. You can have the ups and downs with the downs being more of a peace and relaxation. You can stand in your true power and see the love in all experiences you face.

If you find yourself in a challenge right now, if things seem hard or stressful and you have a hard time seeing the good, take time to remember your Divinity.

You can do this right now in this moment. Remember who you really are, you are Spirit living this life through your personality. You can relax into the Divinity that you are. And with that relaxation comes light, wisdom, trust, peace, ease and grace.

Remember that you are just in duality but you can connect to your higher self at any time. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and breathe out the stress, tension and pain that is disconnecting you from your true power. And just allow yourself to rest in the energy of who you really are.

Even for a few moments.

It is not about effort, trying to connect with your Divinity, trying to meditate. Stop trying, it never works. It is about releasing effort, releasing struggle, releasing trying.

And when you release this effort, you can just rest in the Divinity that you are. It is always there for you. It never goes away. You just get distracted from it which is natural in this world of duality we're living in.

But in a moment you can connect with your true power, with your true, deeper self. And you'll find the love that is behind all duality. The love that soothes and comforts you and lets you be at peace with life.

And the more you consciously connect with this love, the more you will begin to really see it operating in your life. You begin to see that everything in your life is happening because of this love.

That it is guiding your life, it is taking you along the path toward the vision you are creating for your life. Even when the challenges are there, they are there with love, they are there to help you grow into the person you long to be, the one who lives the life you so want to live.

Allow yourself to connect with this love that is always there for you. Allow it to brighten up your life and bring ease, peace and grace to your life. It just takes a moment.
