Anyone who has an online business can appreciate being spoon-fed with information on how to get ahead of one's competitors instead of groping in the dark for the right methods.

Buzz marketing expert Dean Hunt answers this need by offering tips that are freely given to his readers, and a commercial website where numerous tips, tricks, and more in depth techniques and resources are offered to his paying subscribers.

You should pay particular attention to learning how:

- Free stuff on your website will attract web traffic. But Hunt only gives away some of his ideas for free while you will be encouraged to subscribe to his buzz marketing website every time you click on an article or resource appearing on his site.

- People will pay for information that has been digested for them. Instead of reading several success stories to draw important business lessons from, try zeroing in on individual lessons learned from each success story and presenting these in a nutshell to save time.

- Use a different format to distinguish your site from others. How tips presented in 7's rather than the usual 5 or 10 tips that are being offered on other sites.

- Get real people to talk about your product. Real testimonials are important just as word of mouth can make your website go viral.

- Delegate tasks that you are not good at and pay an expert to do it for you. Successful businessmen did not master every aspect of their businesses for them to do well. If you are not good at accounting, hire a bookkeeper to do the math for you. Delegating tasks not only lets you focus on other equally important aspects of the business but it also gives you more time to relax and engage in leisurely activities.

- Create a virtual community on your site to increase site traffic. A discussion forum not only provides valuable support to your site's visitors but it also promotes healthy exchanges among people with the same interests. Starting a discussion thread and keeping the thread going can contribute to your site's traffic.

- Offer plenty of resources to keep people coming back for more. If your resources have been useful to any of your past clients, they will check your site regularly for more information like those. To sustain this interest, you need to provide new content regularly. Hunt does this by updating his blogs almost daily.

The brains behind a buzz marketing strategy is taking it all the way to the bank. Find out how at he makes buzz profits.
