Who wouldn't want to feel younger and full of energy? Well there may not be a fountain of youth, but there are steps you can do to feel better and enjoy life more
Let's start with the food you eat. Are you eating wholesome food packed with nutrients, or fast food and processed food with empty calories?
The truth is that you are what you eat. At least this is partially true.
Okay, most of us could exercise more. The trouble is there just doesn't seem to be enough time. Besides, it's not much fun and who has the energy?
Well if you find something that you enjoy then you will want to do it more often. What is it that you enjoy?
Do you like sports? What about hiking? Whatever it is get out there and do it. Gardening, walking or golfing.
You will find that once you start eating right and being more active that your energy will go up. You will feel better and feel better about yourself.
Be sure to include fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet for a real energy lift.
Even when we try to eat our best we may not get all the nutrients we need. That's when a good supplement will come in handy. Look for a good quality supplement made from natural ingredients. Synthetic supplements can't quite compete with a good wholesome one.
As we age we don't absorb or produce some nutrients as well as we used to. You may want to have your doctor test for these and then you will know where you are lacking and correct it.
So remember. Eat the right food in the correct portions. Exercise by working out or do something that you enjoy and having fun. Consider supplements if you are missing nutrients in your diet.
Once you are in balance again you will be amazed at how well you feel and look. Your friends will wonder "What's up with you?" They will notice something different even if they can't put their finger on it.
More important though is that you will feel great! You will have more energy, stamina and fun than you've had in quite a while. Also that food will taste so much better.
Hey! It's not that hard really. Give it a try and see for yourself.
