There are a number of people out there that are attempting to build a good Internet business but their actions don’t always make a lot of sense when you really think about it. There are so many ways that you can build an Internet empire without spending every last dime of your money.

It takes a considerable amount of time & work to build any business and just because your business is based on the Internet doesn’t mean that it will be any easier. There are more and more people trying to make a living online everyday but most of them fail because they do not have a plan.

Here are just a few ideas that can help boost your profits. The first thing I would recommend is implementing an email newsletter. This is so important because it will allow you to market to these same people over and over again. I’ve been told that the average profit value of an opt-in email address is about $1 a month. So if you have 10,000 pot-in subscribers you can figure raughly about a $10,000 profit each month. Of course that all depends on how well you structure your email campaigns.

Your campaigns should contain a variety of good content and good affiliate products. This will increase your profit each month if you continue to take ownership of your subscriber list. You should treat these people with respect and do anything you can to provide the best service you can.

I would also offer a good affiliate program to your users. You will need to give at least 50% or more in commissions to get any serious affiliate marketer to market your product for you. I’ve actually seen many affiliate programs that offer 75% or higher because these marketers understand how the system works.

The last topic I want to cover is forum and community marketing. If you want some killer free marketing the start talking in community forums. Add your website link to your signature file so that it shows up each time you post a topic in a forum. If people see you as a source of authority on a subject, they will more than likely click on your link.

Marketing is the key to Internet business success. You can have the best product in the world but if nobody knows about it then your efforts will have been for nothing. If you do these things I have outlined you will be able to launch a successful marketing campaign without much cost at all.
