What is EFT for golf? Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT is a cutting edge energy psychology tool that is quickly gaining recognition among peak performance trainers and coaches. It is a technique which involves tapping on various acupressure points on your face and body to help you relax and achieve a mental state more conducive to a successful game of golf. One of the ways that EFT can help you is with your breathing. Many golf pros use breathing techniques to help their swing. The reason for this is that breathing naturally helps you to relax. However, when you are stressed, your breathing can become restricted and make it difficult to perform any exercises that require you to breathe deeply. A second way that EFT can assist you with improving your golf game is with sore muscles or recovery from injuries.
