Then they begin philosophizing about things that should have been done different, even making plans to write apology letters, anything to help them score the relationship back in-tact. This is a dead end for one reason above all: You can never tell what the real issues were behind a breakup. Women much of the time become emotional and often do not even know what led up to the break up and they may not realize what is causing them to feel the way they are. It is harmful in many situations to lose all your energy trying to figure out what went wrong. The primary strategy to answering the question of "what can I do to get back my ex girlfriend" is to let things cool off for a while, do some other things. Go out, meet people, make friends, have fun, forget about women for a while. Set some realistic goals to expand your repertoire when it comes to relating to women. Take a couple months, make some changes in your life, spend time away from the ex and it will work wonders. However much time you need in order to get your emotions and your head clear. Once you have your head on straight its time to strategically work on getting your ex-girlfriend back. You don't want to be wussy and beg though. Women don't respect that. Play it cool.
