Understanding Direct Response Marketing

You need to understand the pros and cons, how to do it, the various techniques that are involved, and really, if you want to become a serious real estate entrepreneur, you need to understand marketing because you are going to be constantly marketing for sellers. You're going to be constantly marketing for private lenders. You're going to be constantly marketing for tenants and tenant buyers. You're going to be constantly marketing for vendors and contractors. You're going to be constantly marketing for plumbers, electricians, all these folks.

Role of Real Estate Entrepreneur

Really, in the end, what is the role of a real estate entrepreneur? It is to market for all of these various services and put them all together in such a way that you, as the real estate entrepreneur, can make some money.

Common marketing techniques do produce some results but nowhere near the magnitude of using a multitude of techniques. Common marketing techniques lack the edge that the correct mix of techniques learned from Dan Kennedy can provide.

If you want to see your real estate investment business prosper it is worth the effort to educate yourself with top marketers in the field. Dan Kennedy is one of the top marketers and the techniques learned can help to skyrocket your business beyond expectations. These are tried and true techniques that are proven to be effective in building a successful real estate investment business.

I highly recommend all of you at least go get the first two months for free. You do not have anything to lose by trying it and everything to gain with tried and proven marketing techniques.

I think some of you are aware that I promote and certainly encourage you to join Dan Kennedy's website and his newsletter. He has a monthly newsletter on direct response marketing. His newsletter does not cater to real estate investors, even though he talks about it a lot. It is a general marketing newsletter. I really, really encourage everybody, as part of this coaching program, to certainly go out and get the first two months of his monthly newsletter.

It is free the first two months and then it's, I think, $50 or $60 a month thereafter, but it's highly recommended. He teaches direct response marketing. As real estate entrepreneurs, you guys really, really need to become experts at this. You need to understand direct response marketing.
