The Mizuno Wave Rider 12 is one of the best running shoes I have ever worn. Being a consistent runner all my life, I now run between 10 to 25 miles per week. I know what to look for in a shoe and the Mizuno Wave series has it all. They have a great sole which provides ultimate comfort and are shock absorbent. The outer sole provides even more shock absorption due to the construction of the rubber sole and this protection makes running much less a high impact exercise.

I have been running all my life, and I have never had as good a shoe as the Mizuno Wave running shoes. The shoes are the most important aspect for a runner. If you don't have a good shoe, it can really impact your times, but also the health of your feet and legs. Mizuno makes the best running shoes by far, and they have been doing it for many years now. I personally run with the Mizuno Wave Rider 12.

I have worn several dozen or so different running shoes and these are far and away the best ones I have ever tried. These shoes are also very affordable for anybody, retailing between eighty dollars and one hundred and twenty dollars, but with online wholesales, you can probably find it near the left side of the spectrum.

The Mizuno Wave has an AP midsole, which provides the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn while I run. It is so light weight; you can't even feel the sole. It also has Cushioning Technology: Mizuno Wave which absorbs the entire impact when you run. This shoe takes of a ton of pressure off your knees.

This is important because running is a high impact exercise, which means that every time you hit the ground, it is putting a lot of pressure on your feet and your knees. That is why that it is recommended that you run on soft ground like grass or a rubberized track. In addition to the Cushioning Technology, is the trademarked Heel Technology VS-1, which also absorbs the shock, but more it importantly lengthens the cushioning life of your shoe by resisting compression.

The outside of the shoe has the trademarked Outsole X-10, which is a very long lasting rubber that absorbs impact in high impact areas and really helps your knees. When people run, people seem to forget the enormous stress that is put on the knees when running. Every time your foot hits the ground, that energy shock goes right up into the leg and pushes on the knees. It really is not very good, but there are ways to combat this, and the Mizuno Wave running shoe is one of the leaders in preventing knee damage.

The shoe itself is very aesthetically pleasing and can be worn for running, but also with normal clothes. I wouldn't recommend it with dressier clothes, but it works with anything athletic or casual. The Mizuno Wave running shoe is one of the better shoes out there and they are a great bang for your shoe buck. I have found them on the Internet now, priced between eighty and one hundred and twenty dollars.
