Every affiliate marketer is always looking the most demanding market that brings them the biggest commission. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. However, the fact is it is more complicated than what they think.

In this article we are going to show you top three affiliate marketing tips or tactics that have worked before and is continuing to work today. With these, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in promoting other's people products or affiliate programs.

Now, "What are these three tactics", you asked?

Tactics #1: Use a unique website to promote each separate products. Often marketers will be tempted to lump all their affiliate products together to save some money on web hosting but statistically found it is the best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what are their benefits if they are buying this product. Also it is wise to include testimonials from other customers who have bought the product and included their names, photos and websties URLs to have the best result.

You may also write articles, record a screen captured video demonstration highlighting some of the features of the product that you are trying to promote and include them on your affiliate website as an additional page. Try hard to make those pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should persuade the readers to find out more information about the product or even contact you. Highlight the features or benefits of the products that you are selling in bullet points format and this will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

Tactics #2: Offer give-away reports, software, graphics, or preview of the product to your site visitors. If possible position an opt-in form that at the very top side of your lead capture page so it they simply cannot be missed. Create autoresponder follow up email messages to your visitors to give them more information. For example, an email course around your products subject matter. For example, how to write a high conversion lead capture page if your product is about Internet marketing.

Why you need to follow up and setup an autoresponder? When visitors come to your page, there are only two possibilities are going to happen: either the sale is closed or they are leaving your page and never return again. By placing useful information into their in boxes at certain period of time, you will remind them of the product that you are trying to promote and later with a higher possibility that the sale is closed.

Tactics #3: Get targeted visitors using ezines, or e-reports. Write articles twice a week, at least 300-600 words and submit them to e-zines or article directories to drive qualified traffic. Find potential e-zines owner about your subject and offer an "ad swap" of your publication to their lists and their publications to your list.

Some Extra tips: Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.
