When you first entered your relationship it was because you honestly thought there was something meaningful there and that it would be strong enough that there would never come a time when you'd be asking yourself 'how to get my ex back'?. Then something happened. If you are now worried about breaking up, you have let down in your level of commitment and you need to get back in touch with the things that brought you together.

What are you doing now or not doing now that have caused your feelings to wane? And what might you have been doing that caused your partners feelings to do the same thing?

If you're thinking about 'how to get my ex back', ask yourself these questions when your relationship was strong - Did you still tell your partner you loved them? Did you kiss the last thing before you go to sleep at night? Did you still use pet names for each other that are your secret and no one else's? Research indicates that people who do those three simple things have less chance of suffering a break up. They tend to create a bond and that bond grows rather than falls apart. Each time they are done the couple has the opportunity to re-ground themselves in what their commitment is to each other.

Do you hold a grudge against your partner? Have they done something that you just cannot forgive? If so talk to them about it and tell them how you feel. If they come to you with the same problem be willing to listen and really grab hold of how they are feeling when they share those thoughts. Do not share your grudges in the same setting. It is not the time to play 'can you top this'.

A relationship is not built upon a score at the end with the winner taking all. It is not a sport like tennis where you go for game, set, and match. The only way you win in the relationship game is to strive for love, love. Zero out your resentments and do not hold on to them. If you cannot do that on your own, then seek professional help in getting there to get a third party to help you learn to solve the answer to 'how to get my ex back'.

Do you respect the other person in your relationship? If you do, live your life like you respect them more than anyone else in the world. What you say to them, the way you say it, and what you do should all show respect. Look for role models that you have respected in your life and treat your partner accordingly. Words used carelessly will cause the deepest wounds. Words said with respect will heal and bring a couple closer together.

Now what if you do not respect your partner? If that's the case it doesn't matter how much you question 'how to get my ex back' - if that is the case you had better start acting like you do because when you act without respect, all the advice in the world won't help solve your problems.

Like many people, Steve & Louise have experienced the need to learn how to save a relationship and in an effort to find answers to their problems, they spent months researching the vast array of relationship help and advice products, identifying the good and the not-so-good for saving your marriage. Learning good grooming habits is an important part of growing up. Children should be taught from a very young age how to clean themselves properly and regularly. Mud puddles, tall grass, and sticky sweets are kid magnets and can leave kids dirty from head to toe.
