One of the most important decisions you have to make when moving is deciding on the location. Not only do you want to move somewhere were the weather is enjoyable, but you have other factors to consider such as employment, transportation and recreation. One state that ranks high in all those factors is Hawaii.

Hawaii exhibits tropical weather all year round. The temperatures in the summer average 90 degrees during the day and about 70 degrees at night. In the winter you can expect average temperatures in the low to mid 80s and falling into the 60s at night. As for rain you can expect it, but most are just short brief showers.

Employment in Hawaii is relatively high with the unemployment rate is normally between 2 to 3 percent. Two of the main providers of jobs are tourism and agriculture. Hawaii is one of the top destinations for vacations so there are always new and exciting tourism jobs available. The tourism brings a steady flow of positive income into the local economy. Hawaii also exports pineapple, coffee, cane sugar and macadamia nuts so if you interest is in farming or harvesting Hawaii will have a job for you. Of course there are other jobs in Hawaii for you too; all you have to do is look at one of the many websites or papers that have jobs posted in them.

Traffic in Hawaii is normal in comparison to other populated areas in the United States. You can expect slow moving traffic during the rush hours on the main island. As for flying between the islands or back to the mainland you have many choices to choose from. Hawaii has many commercial airlines including Hawaiian Airlines, Aloha Airlines, and Go! to name a few. Or if you prefer, you can always travel by boat or ferry which is a cheap and efficient way to get from one place to another.

There are many activities to do in Hawaii all year round. There is something for everyone at any age. Some of the most popular activities include snorkeling, hiking, surfing, and relaxing on the beach. All of these activities and many more can be found all over the islands. There is a large variety of beaches to pick from the offer various things.

Hawaii is one of the best places to live in the world. If you are considering a move to Hawaii, all you have to do is a little research. The internet is a great tool to help you find a great house, condo or apartment that fits your needs and finances.
