- If we change or focus off our limitations and spend some time on a regular basis designing our life according to our highest values, then fulfillment will be experienced.
- I once spoke to a Buddhist monk who said, ah yes, everybody wants to be enlighten today, but nobody is willing to practise what it takes.
- Lesson For The Week Find some quite time today; to sit and write down the things that you are always saying are important to you to achieve or be in life.
