If you or someone you know have attempted to stop smoking before, I bet you know just how hard that can be. Nicotine is one of the most addicting things out there. Cigarette smoking would be much less harmful if there were not thousands of deadly poisons that come with the nicotine. If you have tried to stop smoking you have probably tried everything from gum to patches to pretty much anything on the market. Until recently, there really hasn't been an easy way for someone to stop smoking. The recent advancements in micro technology have allowed for an invention that could change millions of lives around the world.

The electronic cigarette is a device that was invented to give the smoker the nicotine fix they desire, but doesn't have all of the accompanying deadly poisons like traditional tobacco cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes (or e-cigarettes or electric cigarettes) are becoming extremely popular throughout the world because they taste and feel very similar to traditional tobacco cigarettes. The similarities are what makes it so easy to switch from the old version of smoking to the new.

So what is an electronic cigarette? The e-cigarette contains 3 parts, the battery, the atomizer, and the nicotine cartridge. When a user inhales on the end of the e-cigarette just like they would on a normal one, the battery activates the atomizer. The atomizer then heats up the nicotine solution into vapor form. The vapor is then inhaled into the mouth of the user and then exhaled. This process happens so quickly and seamlessly that it is very similar to regular smoking. When the vapor is exhaled, it gives the appearance of smoke, but then evaporates rather quickly. This leaves no lingering smell and no chance of harming anyone with second hand smoke.

The smoking bans in the United States seem to get harsher every year. It's because smoking is one of the deadliest habits in the world. You can now get around the smoking bans and still get your nicotine fix because the electronic cigarette contains no tobacco. The smoking regulations in the United States only target the use of products that contain tobacco. It is now possible for people to get their nicotine in places where they never thought possible before. It is becoming more and more common for people to be seen using an electronic cigarette in places like bars, night clubs, and even airplanes.

You can also save a lot of money using an electronic cigarette because the nicotine cartridges cost about 75 percent less than the cost of the equivalent amount of puffs from traditional tobacco smokes. This means that if you smoke around a pack a day, which could lead up to about $1,500 per year, you can now save over $1,000 a year with an electronic cigarette. As you can see, the many benefits of switching to an electronic cigarette are what is making this revolutionary new device very popular throughout the world. Keep an eye out for electronic cigarettes because soon they will be everywhere.
