With a service like SubmitYOURArticle.com which has a large distribution network, I would recommend somewhere between 1 and 8 articles a month.

Each article should be unique and freshly written–the reason why a publisher would accept your article is because it adds value and is helpful to his/her readership. If you have already submitted the same article or a very similar one, then there is no benefit to the publisher. You need to come up with fresh ideas for articles at a steady rate, but of course your articles will all be on the same general topic (the same topic of your website).

How much article should we try to submit in how much direcories each month? Is it a good idea to use already published article for guidelines for new article as it is not possible to get fresh ideas everytime for everbody?

Key words have always been an issue for me. I still now after several years do not quite understand fully about keywords ~ but I am learning.
