- How To Write A Killer List Article in 10 Easy Steps
From a reader's perspective, list articles are very attractive–there is something about a good list that just draws readers in.
A list is basically like providing a built in road map for your readers to navigate your article (and it's true that we usually skim content that we read on the web, isn't it?).
A list makes it easier for a reader to grab the basic facts and to take away a few points of value, so if you haven't tried this article writing technique, I encourage you to give it a go!
But how do you write a great list article?
It's actually not that hard, but it may have more elements to keep in mind than you imagined.
When you're writing a list to use in article marketing, here are some key steps to follow:

- The Last Minute Resource Box: How To Sabotage Your Article Marketing #4
This is Part 4 in the 10 part series How To Sabotage Your Article Marketing…And What To Do About It!
I think it's safe to say that we've all been there–
You've just finished writing your article.
You're excited to get it submitted and out to the publishers.
You login to your account at SubmitYOURArticle.com and start entering your article into the article submission page (or you go to an article directory to manually submit your article there), and lo and behold you're asked to fill in the Resource Box field. At this point many folks think:
"Doh! I forgot about that part. It's just a little author bio–no biggie. I can just come up with a Resource Box on the spot and get that part out of the way so I can finally submit my article."
Then, as I have done in the past, and as many others have done and are still doing, you throw together a Last Minute Resource Box and proceed on your merry way toward the "submit" button.
HALT!!!!
STOP!
Wait a sec!
Little do you know that you've just sashayed over perhaps THE most important part of your article submission–and it's not even part of your article!

- Act Like a Salesman: How To Sabotage Your Article Marketing #2
This is Part 2 in the 10 part series How To Sabotage Your Article Marketing…And What To Do About It!
Who would have thought that article marketing could teach you how to be less self-absorbed and to put other people's needs before your own?
Sounds like a pretty profound teaching coming from an internet marketing technique, huh?
But it's true–when you're submitting your articles, you need to remember that there are 3 players involved whose needs must be met:
1) Publishers
2) Your target readers
3) You
Notice the order of these players–there are two groups of folks that come ahead of you, but don't fret that your needs are going to be left out in the cold. Actually the cool thing is that if you aim to please the first two groups on this list, you will in fact be meeting your own needs in a spectacular way.
You may think that in order to meet your own needs with your articles that you need to shove ahead of everyone else and create articles that are all about you, you, you (or your business, website or products), but that is totally not the case.
Article marketing is actually one area where you can be quite gracious, putting the needs of others first, all while knowing in your heart that to please your publishers and your readers you are actually doing yourself a good turn as well.
But let's go through these players just to be sure you know the reason why you're in the #3 spot:

- The Super-Duper, Ultimate, Explicitly Spelled-Out Guide for How to Submit Your First Article
This post is for all the new members on SubmitYOURArticle.com–I just wanted to say "Welcome!" and to also give you a little tutorial on how to submit your first article.
Now, it's not hard at all (don't worry!), and there are instructions inside the site for getting around, but I know that some folks (myself included!) just find it easier to understand things if they can read a tutorial about how things are done.
Let's go through this step-by-step:
Just so you know, by the time you are ready to submit your first article, you should have already logged in and entered your account details (name, website URL, and such) and entered your logins for the article directories listed at Account Manager => Article Directories. So, do those two things first before doing the steps below.
But after that, what's next?

- ArticleLeverage - how does it work?
We get many questions on ArticleLeverage™ and how it works, so here's a brief overview of the system (this is actually snatched from the old blog, but we need the details on this new blog too!) - a full PDF document explaining it in more depth is available to our members in the members area.
For each article you wish to distribute, using our proprietary ArticleLeverage™ system, you can set up multiple variations of your article.
(This does NOT mean sending out poor quality 'spins' on your article where words are randomly replaced with synonyms from some huge thesaurus, which makes most such articles virtually unreadable, and certainly unpublishable. This system is designed for the professional online marketer, and each variation of your article will maintain the same quality as the original article. Why? Because you set up the variations that are used.)
It means instead you spend a few extra minutes providing variations to certain elements in your article, namely variations of your title, your introductory paragraph, your resource box(es), and any number of sentences in your article.
